If you already know her it can be a little awkward to suddenly start kino'ing her but that is probably the best way to go about it. Also esteblish eye contact more often and for longer periods and try to add a bit of sexual tension when talking to her. Once you have build a bit of attraction and rapport try ask her out or get in a situation where you can kino escalate.

The hardest part is starting the kino and sexual tension after not having done so for a long time without it being awkward. Being confident and comfortable will be very important to make sure she doesn't feel awkward about it.

My friend has a surefire method he uses to change friends into F-buddies, and by surefire I mean it seems to work about 50% of the time lol. But that's partly b/c phase two can be difficult to engineer.

Ok first thing is let her know you are interested in her sexually. This is important. Needs to be sexual not relationship, even if that is what you want eventually. Tell her strait up that you are interested in her sexually. She will probably reject you (If she doesn't reject you, mission accomplished lol). Regardless of the rejection, flirt with her a lot, and kino a lot whenever you are around her. She will probably be resistant but playful just b/c she will enjoy the attention. I've never seen any of the girls resist this or get mad or anything. They never are willing to do anything with him during this phase beyond the flirty stuff but they don't shut him down make him stop either. Basically they want him physically but their brain has stuck him in the friend zone, so they don't allow it to progress.

Phase two, get her Sh** faced drunk and F close. (Ok, just for clarity i'm not advocating rape here, she needs to remember what happened, so make sure she's sober enough to know whats going down and that she's into it) She's already used to the kino and flirting. When she's drunk her brain (which has friend zoned you is off) and she's thinking with her body. Once you've F'd its like a reset button and you can take things where you want.

Is it moral? Well that's debatable. If they really weren't into him physically they would have never allowed the flirting/kino, so I think it somewhat moral on some level b/c he just bypassed their brain and gave them what they really wanted. I've seen him turn several girls who told him they would never be more than friends into regular F-buddies.
