To be totally honest, I don't think holding out on masturbating for 109 days really "prepared" you for anything besides being horny as fuck. Its all in your head when it comes down to it and I'm glad you feel ready to pursue women. The thing is though, going out and approaching girls everyday will benefit way more then holding out on masturbating, then doing it. Can I ask, what was your reason for not jerking it for such a long time?

Good luck. Remember it's all just a game, no reason to be outcome dependent on ANY approach. Just have fun, be playful, don't worry about what comes of any approach and thats when you'll have the most success with approaches.
