Make decisions as to what to do, where to go etc etc... is fairly easy just say what you want and stop thinking about what she wants.

If your honest (and mention that your only interested in a friendship) from the start it should be no problem. Simply state your terms, what you are willing to do and what not. Hear her out, find a compromise if your willing to, if not fu#k it :D
