First off, major props to you for pulling this off without being able to communicate normally. I can't even imagine what that would be like.

My quick take from reading this is that you're overthinking things a lot, and you don't seem to have a clear goal. Step back and try to figure out what you hope to achieve by interacting with this girl. If you aren't trying to hook up with or be friends with this girl, then why put in this effort? Your gesture with the rose was excellent, but it doesn't make any sense to follow that with rejecting her.

Also, she doesn't sound like a fPUA as much as a Stage 5 Clinger, so proceed with caution.
