I've been friends with benefits with this girl for about a month.

She cheated on her ex Bf with me. Issue is they have some debt repayments on a loan they took and today has sent a letter via his lawyer saying he doesn't need to pay it.

She called me crying over the phone. I just calmed her down, and assured her the legal letter was just empty threats to scare you, and there is no substantial claim.

She called down. And said I still want to see you tonight (her parents are away, so she Invited me to stay over)

Is it still possible to turn her on, and bang? Considering she is most likely upset? So should I just bail?
