So last night i went to a small party with a couple friends. I'm not really familiar with a lot of the people there, but knew the two girls that lived at the house. All accounted for, there were about 10 girls and 6/7 guys. I ended up getting some attention from an hb8 (we'll call her L). I was feeling kind of awkward early on, but pushed through after some liquid encouragement. L made it pretty easy to escalate kino as she was continually showing up at my side/offering herself up as a BP partner. Details, details, etc, she starts hinting that I should stay over at the house rather than making the drive home. The two of us end up on a pullout bed watching tv as the party unwinds with a couple stragglers on a nearby couch. Finally, the party clears out and we're alone in the room. After a bit of cuddling up, I decide to go in for the K; things begin to escalate and she starts grinding up against me. After a bit of this, she locks up (I then back off). She starts telling me about a previous boyfriend that she had broken up with due to conflicting colleges (don't really know if this was a shit-test or what); I kind of keep the conversation brief for worry of entering a platonic zone (don't know if this was a mistake or not). Later, she mentions she's feeling tired and we turn off the tv. A couple minutes into laying behind her, she starts grinding back into me. Kissing escalation and subsequent lockup happens again. I back off for good this time; we end up staying up into early morning talking and L eventually leaves with her friend. I decline a ride and choose to walk home shortly after. I'll probably be seeing this girl at the house in the future, so I didn't want to push too hard too soon. Any advice/insight on the situation would be appreciated. I'm really new when it comes to this kind of stuff having gotten out of a long-term relationship and backing out of the field for a while. UPDATE: so, i guess i was unknowingly at a going away party >_< so the house is most likely not a location i'll be going to in the future. i also didn't number close for some stupid reason, so i'm left without any connection. am i screwed? : /
