Don't talk about boring stuff like class. Keep it funny. Make inside jokes about the people around you or something. Build a rapport with her by keeping it funny, laid back and brief. Make her, ASK for YOUR name. You're going to see her every time you have class together so its not like she's going anywhere.

Maybe next time you can talk to her about the class or what she wants to major in. Ask her why she wants to do whatever it is she's interested in. Girls like it when you act interested in them for more than their looks.
