Here's the situation:

I'm 24. I graduated college in a different town, and have now just come to a new school to finish another degree. Through social circles, I seem to be meeting a lot of 19 and 20 year olds. I've had good interactions and IOI's from more than one, but have been having a hard time remembering what people "do" when they're under 21, y'know? Generally my only course of action with a girl I'm interested in is #-close, follow up text, than "Meet me at the bar tonight." Simple.

So how do you guys proceed with girls who are too young to go to the bar? House parties? Coffee dates? I know this seems simple, but a refresher course would be great.
