At this point, be yourself, it seems like being yourself has worked for you and if she's agreed to go out with you alone on an outing, don't be afraid to treat her as your date, you shouldn't bring it up, but be a gentleman, so in essence treat her as if you were on a date, trust me. Most importantly it's your job to lead and to escelate as a man so you can see how far you can go with this girl. Aim for Kiss-close, because at the end of the day, she's not gonna never talk to you again because you went in for the kiss, or touched her in more pivate places, however she will never talk to you again if you be a pussy and don't escalate like a man. All in all, man up, be touchy/feely, be flirty, be bold, be spontaneous, win her over, be all the things she wants you to be, be the perfect man like in those movies or whatever. She's wanting to be swept off her feet and feel like a woman, so do that. Sweep her off her feet.

Personally, I don't think the pigging out thing is going to work, just because most girls don't really fancy looking like a pig in front of guys. But who knows, I could be wrong. That's just what i think.

But definitely figure out what you want from this date and what your end game is.

Most guys' mistake is they don't know what they want. So they either waste they're time chasing something they don't even value and/or end up with the wrong person.

So just figure out what you want first: One Night Stand/Friend with Benefits/ A Relationship/ etc. And go from there.
