I'm a sophomore in high school, and much of regular pickup does not apply to high school. Most of the basics are pretty consistent, but things like the value of a #-close (huge IOI in regular pickup, next to no value in high school), or the implications of a date (not too serious in regular pickup, girlfriend-boyfriend status in high school) are wildly different.

So, how do I use pickup effectively in high school?
