I told a girl I had been seeing how I felt about her, and she said that she felt the same, but wasn't attracted to me. I've been losing a lot of weight, and I know that I will be attractive after it is gone. Is there any way I can turn this around?

Why would you want to? She isn't attracted to you, move on. You cannot manufacture attraction. Go find girls that are attracted to you.

"She felt the same, but wasn't attracted to me." She didn't feel the same if she wasn't attracted to you. Move on to another girl. However, don't wrap your head around your weight being a limiting factor. Your weight is not your identity, it is not who you are. Be happy with what you are now (but constantly improve yourself). Also, this post should go in r/askseddit and include more details if you want a better response. Your post is vague.
