A) Stud with average game > Fugly bro with good game. This is just human nature, looks matter. Point blank. However, pickup focuses not on where the PUA starts, but where a few lifestyle adjustments can take you. Fuglies who thought they would die virgins, with a little GAME, can pull more tail than they ever dreamed.

B)I think these "party lines" you are refereing to ARE good for anyone to START building their very own unique game. The thing is, on day 1 most guys have NO clue what to say or do. SO having a place to start can only be beneficial, then eventually you can grow into your own.

No, not really. Good advice is good advice. There is an absolute ton of junk advice out there however.

Of course there is disparity. Everyone is living a different life.

Well, that's not true. Pickup/Seduction is simply a framework for people who don't know how to interact with women. I've yet to read anything seriously suggesting women are all the same.

That's an excuse. If you want to get better at anything you have to practice. It might be easier for some people than others but if you really want it, you'll work for it.

I don't know if it should but it does. I'm what some people might call fat, ugly and mentally ill, but pickup works for me. I'm not getting phone numbers left and right, but I have had some quality relationships because I've learned how to interact with women.

It's a bit difficult to tell what you're asking. I have suffered from depression my entire adult life, both dysthymia and several big episodes of MDD. "PUA" techniques are just as true for me as for anyone else, though I have times when it's just hopeless for me to implement them because I don't have the energy or motivation. As you've said, many medications affect sex drive and even sexual performance. So you may not want to meet women at all sometimes, or you may need to focus on relationships rather than one-night stands. It doesn't change what works, just what your goals are.

I have never, and probably will never, go out 5 nights a week hitting clubs and bringing home girls, and thus will never be a "master PUA". But I've never really been interested in that. I don't think most guys are, honestly.

I want the ability to have relationships with women I choose, and to keep from making stupid mistakes due to insecurity and fear. I want to be a better version of myself no matter my mental state. Gaining confidence is something that is relative -- I'm far more confident today than I was years ago, even if I'm not as confident as some other PUA who doesn't deal with depression and anxiety. So I'm more successful today in relationships than I was years ago. My life is better, even though I have the same medical problems. Medication helps, therapy helps, and damn it, having a beautiful woman respond to you as a man helps, too.
