firstly id like to apologize if this post seems a bit monotonous, haven't posted much before so bare with me.

id also like to mention that i'm a 17 y/o thats had AA for years and am activley working on trying to be a better person in every way possible.

so after spending a bit more than a month on seddit I've finally had good opportunity to practice approach and all the loads of things thats discussed here. as mentioned in the title i live in Chile, a spanish speaking country and have lived long enough to understand that public, middle of the day, approaches are far from socially normal and rejection is always a 99% percent pretty no mater how good of a PUA you are

SO, i went with a group of friends on friday to a dance-club (with 4 girls to be exact) and decided to try some approach there before the place started to get to crowded and the music got louder. i looked around for any targets and i decided to go for it before i over thought so i went up to these two girls facing a bar asking if they spoke english, and they instantly light up saying yes of course. (i speak fluent spanish btw its just easier to get there attention and interest that way). i then asked things like what good drinks there were since i wasn't very creative, there were a few close silences but i managed to keep some convo for a minute or two. at this point i was so excited i had actually made my first approach that i was loosing my train of thought and decided to leave before i made a fool of myself. i felt amazing after that thinking i had finally done my first proper approach and surprisingly i felt no raise in my heart beat or loss of confidence. the rest of the night was so packed with people and music so loud it was impossible to try make any more approaches so i simply ended up dancing an having fun the rest of the night.

the next day saturday i went to hang out with a different group of friends (4guys and 2 girlfriends) and we ended up going this other night club.

this one had a lower music volume and plenty more space between people. i saw two of my friends asking girls to dance and such several times (however failing all), i felt pretty guilty that i wouldn't get the guts to man up and do it myself till eventually after 2 hours in i had one of those fuck it moments and decide to do the same "hey, do you speak English?" openers to a girl that happened to behind us dancing. she started saying how i just happened to talk to the wrong girl that doesn't speak english but one of her two friends quickly got interested and we started talking/simple dancing. i managed to talk a lot longer and come across with a much better vibe than my first time and she even showed me a few dance moves. at my attempt to try one of these extravagant kino techniques I've seen here on seddit i failed to pull the move but i still managed to laugh it off and keep a good confident status. i decided not to close this one since she wasn't that attractive and got back to dancing with my friends.

two of my buddies tried several times again to approach and got reject each one, (these guys have quite a bit more experience than me) and ended up asking me how i did it, which was an honor and huge confidence boost for me. they didn't believe me when i said "just be a foreigner, it'll interest them more because its so different and unexpected", and they asked me to prove it. so i managed to pull off one more approach to a girl with a "just wanted to say your cute"(in english) and she seemed to really see the nice vibe i was showing. i managed to introduce one of my friends as well and got to know this girl a lot more. she was a lot of fun to talk with and seemed pretty open as a person. she actually introduced me to a friend of hers and i tried to introduce her friend to mine, but for some reason the friend instantly rejected us and turned away. i moved on and continued with this girl for a bit and then decided to finish. i left that club feeling amazing with trying something i never have before and from all the complements i was getting from my friends.

i know none of these had any closes since i didn't escalate any of them and i wasn't too interested either, but i definitely appreciate the experience and am willing to continue practicing and developing my confidence, and hopefully be able to approach targets of choice which i would want to go further with.

in the end what i learned from this is that you need to feel confident, you need to just not care about the outcome and enjoy the moment, and also you cant get expect to not get rejected by anybody, everyone has there own story behind them and some may just not be in good current state to approach no matter how well your looks or the way its done.

I'm very glad this turned out well for me at least, being a first timer. I look forward to learning more through seddit and more experience. couldn't have done this without all your awesome advice on here.

if some of you may notice things I've been doing wrong or could do better I'm very open for advice and/or any constructive criticism
