I often see suggestions to end kissing first, at least early on, to make them want it more. Maybe but suggesting, "I'm not that easy."

But what happens if they take a "two can play that game" attitude and decide to also refrain and take the passive role?

Example: You meet a girl and you start escalating and kissing, but you pull away before she does. Now the girl decides she won't be the aggressor--how do you maintain control without being equally as stubborn and ending up with nothing?
