Hello,

I am working in the very popular company in my city. We hire a lot of workers all the time, since the company is expending all the time.

I am a manager of one of the most high amount of people department. High position and have to be very professional all the time.

At the same time i am single and am very into cold approaching girls in the street/malls especially. More into the day game, but due to a high chance of meeting the person that might start working in my company one day, am a bit hesitant of doing it.

I dont feel comfortable being a manager of a department, while my co worker can start talking to people that once i approached her on the street.

What would be your thoughts about this?
