Yup, I need to wake up in 6 hours and fly to South Carolina to begin basic training for the Army. But what a better time to start approaching people and working the room. If I can create energy in the mundane "hurry up and wait" atmosphere of the military, well, i dont know. But i went for it anyways.

I had 2 sets picked out. a HB7 that was easy to open due to being at my recruiting station, and a set of HB7 & HB7.5, both with bitch shields. I had to cover up a scar on my arm so the doc wouldn't notice it, so I use this as an excuse to get a bit of Kino with solo HB7 and start some nice banter. I keep it playful and fun, playing off homosexual accents to get her to laugh and add to the already fun atmosphere we have going (cheating uncle sam, what can i say, danger is my middle name). I try to keep lots of eye contact, but I'm still new to all this so in my head im actually just floundering about not knowing what to do or how to escalate. (i got 3 minutes. this is going to get wrapped quick). later i use the push and pull / freeze out with solo hb7. Instead of guys typically going "im going to ignore you," her going "no wait" and the dude going rright back, i didnt give her the time of day for like 5 minutes. When i returned to her, eye contact and smiles for days. One dude was AMOG'ing the 2nd set hard, but he was younger and more immature then me. So i shut down alot of his AMOGing by playfully being condescending to him. HIm: Hey, you looking at me?" Me: Why the fuck would I look at you, I have way better things to look at". Its awesome that i can read the signs of an AMOG, and predict what he is going to do, before he even does. Thank you seddit. HB7 in the 2nd set has a bitch shield, we playing "I never" She wouldnt play, so i said she'd run out of fingers way too fast. Insulting her without care, something i never do. Shit worked. "Okay I'll play" as if it was a challenge. End up breaking her shield nicely, but her friend no so much. No worries, not worth my time. Overall, nothing much happened but lots of smiles, opening with everyone in the room including guys, getting some nice social proof from the room overall. Made going back to the hotel way more enjoyable and fun. Anyways, nothing big happened, but my eyes have been opened by this subreddit. Im making progress. Lets see how i do in 9 weeks when i get out of boot. Thanks Seddit, You are awesome. I'm confident and pitching game likes its no ones business. Heres to the future.
