I really hate texting to girls, because you can't really game through text. And even if you project a cool personality, use emoticons to show your mood, etc, you can never know how they''ll reply and if, etc. I just use it to a minimum.

Until you're are very confident in your text game it will do you more harm than good.

Stick to arranging dates. Do not try to build rapport with texting, it can too easily be misunderstood.

Here are the general steps I follow when texting:

1) Initial text after meeting so she has my number

2) "Hey, Let's get together this week for a drink, I'm free Wednesday and Thursday."

If I'm not free in the next few days it will be something like:

2) "Hey let's get together next week for a drink"

If she responds positively:

3). "Great, I'll text you early next week to set it up"

Do not try to converse or banter. If she initiates, just ignore her.

Edit: to answer your question directly. I have not found a good resource for text game.
