I notice clothes more then most men. Often I see a woman wearing something really cool and different. It makes me want to talk to them - if they're wearing something interesting, perhaps they are interesting. How do I open based on this - something real? I don't want say something flat "uhh hey I really like your pants".

I am primarily talking about during the day.
