You can start the date off by asking them to finish the sentence. Seriously though, you can make a commercial advertising yourself but you can't come up with a date idea? These girls are going to get you for false advertising.

You need more help then just setting up the date. You (like me) will need a chronological plan, that plan of course is going to be ever changing. Your response now must be worded so that she is flattered but understands that she has to now prove that she is worth your time. Do not under any circumstances tell her that she is the only response. There is a chance that response could be a troll, just some drunk kids looking to create a rouse.
