Hey guys!

I would like to ask you to help me to respond to a text. Background: I've been on a date with a girl, with whom I really clicked with. This was last weekend, and on the end of the date I said we should have dinner sometime, to which she replied she would like as well. After a hectic week, I decided to call her up last night, but she didn't answer. No biggie, and towards midnight I got a text explaining:

'' Hey Birdareflying, I was out with my co-workers, sorry I couldnt respond. What did you want to ask me?''

Normally I'm quite witty myself, but I can't seem to bring myself to respond something playful. Or should I just call again?
