First of all ! this is a fantastic section, really .... I read through a lot of the material here, and it's great, because it's not all about seeking validation or playing games, rather than actual self improvement and inner game !
I will give you a brief down of myself, I am 21 years old, travel a lot and technically a student at university even though I engage with a lot of different lines of work outside of the place. Mostly I am very confident, when meeting new people, of course the initial approach anxiety does take place, and i have flaws in my game, however most of this came to not being direct enough and being clear with my intentions, leading me to stumble around, when i shouldn't have had to.
I am a strong believer in direct game, as the whole indirect "let me show you what tricks i can do" just doesn't fit my character or how i live my life usually its unnatural. From experience it only backfires in the long run and makes you lose control of the set, it also requires cojones to do so. From experience my direct game has worked extremely well, and even the rejections are pathetic, as you already are posing a strong frame.
But here is the big question, yes direct game in a club and party, is a pretty much given, but what about women who are say, your new work colleague who you will spend time with for months on end; or lets say a student you will be sharing your course with for a year. (You must get the gist). If you are entering a new environment, especially one that may require a certain amount of etiquette or respectable demeanour, i can imagine the direct game may cause problems.
I believe I may have the answer to this, but would love to hear your different opinions.... also if anyone is up for meeting up and gaming in London and or Shanghai in the next 6 months, just message me.
Peace and Love
