I'll get to the pool party in a second. So, I got a girl's number (HB 8) Friday at the bar. I hand her my phone (sitting down with my arm around her) and after she puts the contact in, I hit call. And my full name pops up on her phone. We both have no idea why my number is in her phone. Well, I do, it's because I put it in there maybe months ago while I was hitting on her. I just don't remember. Play it off, move on with the night, k-close.

I text her that night once I get back home, then today I text her again. I'm going to be getting some coffee later that evening and I see if she wants to join. She replies back, saying she's busy, but invites my to a pool party she is hosting (Me via text: BYOF? Her: ? Me: Do I need to bring my own floaties or no?)

I of course say yes, but am curious if you guys have any advice. I've met this girl one time at a bar and now I'm headed to a pool party with about 10 people I've never met. What is this? Nerves? I thought I got rid of those years ago when it came to girls and parties. So this uncharted territory for me, any advice or slaps on the ass in support would be appreciated.
