• Met a girl at a party.
  • We randomly/accidentally ran into each other. We both could immediately tell we found each other attractive. I stumbled on my first words. Recovered with smiles and apology and walked away. Barely any talk.
  • Saw her sitting down checking her phone a short while later. Went up to her nervous as hell (this was literally my first shot after a long relationship). I had no plan in mind. All I said was, "Hi. (smile) So when are we going to dinner?" I was in total cruise control mode. Never thought I'd do anything like this in my life.
  • She was totally shocked at how forward I was since I was a complete stranger. "Uh, um...Monday? Tuesday?" (It was Saturday)
  • Replied back immediately, "Monday. Tuesday is too far away." (still in shock over what I just pulled off)
  • Dated her for 1 year in one of the most turbulent but amazing relationships ever.
