I first heard about this from Hypnotica and Steve P. Is it:

  • my left eye to her left eye - her left or
  • my left eye to the eye that's on the left side of my visual field?

The second one comes much more naturally to me. I've been doing that and had a huge improvement in social interactions in general. If you could provide a link to a source that would be fantastic.
