Here is what you do:

Go into the store
Say "Hello, my name is BlastedAsh, and I just thought you looked stunning and I wanted to come talk to you".
Have a conversation, talk about your dating lives.
Time bridge your day2, whether it is coffee nearby after work, or whatever... sell the shit out of your date, get her to enthusiastically agree
Get her number after she agrees.
