Way I see it, you've got two major points you've got to hit.

1) kiss her. Without this, you're pretty much sunk. You WILL have to just go for it, to some degree; you can't just straight out ask for permission. I'd recommend is that you just go in. Don't think about it, don't talk about it, don't ask, but act. It's the most confident, and you won't have the chance to psych yourself out.

2) verbally establish the relationship, and understand what it means to both of you. Especially you being a senior, you won't get the chance to have that high school sweetheart thing. College is likely going to separate you as well, and it will be a time of ludicrous temptation.

ACKNOWLEDGE THIS. You need to be clear on how you're handling college; still together, broken up, taking a break, friends with benefits?
