A buddy of mine directed me to this subreddit. I haven’t done much reading of the material but he gave me basic gist of it.

My life for the past 2-3 years are a snowball of oneitis and fuck ups leading up to now. After insecurities and snooping around I found that my LTR has been talking to another guy and she seems interested. I asked her about it and she had an excuse for each time. Deleting messages, changing social media platforms to talk to him. I know I want to break up with her but the issue is that we have an apartment together and signed lease. I wouldn’t be able to buy out of it right now but I can afford it (maybe) on my own. Bottom line is I fucked up with the relationship and fucked up with where I am in life.

What do I do from here?
