I think your fine. She is interested. Now is the perfect time to ask her on a date. Having her number would be ideal, but facebook is a good outlet. Just don't rely on it from now on.

Contact her immediately, directly and with clear intent. Invite her somewhere you like, at a specific time (e.g. "Hey, come meet me at place tomorrow at time"). You then have a date.

If she responds in the format "I'm sorry, I have an unskippable event. Later?", wait a few days and try again. If she responds in the format "I can't, I have to walk the car", drop it, and move on.

Well basically you have two options: 1. Go for it. 2. Be a bitch

There's really nothing else to say about this. Not trying to be rude but it's the truth. I watched a Ted talk recently about forcing yourself to do work and do things that aren't comfortable. And the main point is this:

If you keep waiting for that perfect moment to do whatever it is you truly WANT in life.. It will never happen. You have to force yourself to do these things, and the feelings will come after. It's not the other way around.

And also work on that mindset. don't ever tell yourself "I probably waited too long I blew it". I have friends with these types of beliefs if they see an attractive girl "nah she prob doesn't date guys like me" "she probably likes taller guys". "Nah she probably only likes guys who are (insert random arbitrary quality)"

If the chance is that, you did wait too long or whatever your self-disqualifying thought is... LET HER BE THE ONE TO TELL YOU THAT.

If you're looking for something to say start the conversation I like "hello" or sometimes "hey".

I maybe need to add, that it has been one week since she accepted my friendrequest, so im just thinking its kinda weird that its been so long, before i start chatting with her.

what are your thoughts on the wait till next party idea?
