Hey guys, time for me to give back some to this awesome community.

I watch a lot of movies and tv-shows and I enjoy picking up on the different actors body language in whom they are trying to potray. Also some actors/characters have great body langauge/posture.

While watching Elijah (The orignials/The vampire Diaries) I noticed that he has great posture and presence, but more importantly I noticed a how he often had one hand in his pocket backed up by good posture. I knew I've seen this before in two rather common womanizers; Tony Stark and Bruce Wayne.

I realize I didn't get the best pictures (I personally know there are way betters ones) because I honestly just google searched very quickly, but you get the point.

I tried it out at a dinner party by giving the girl a little shoulder, suit pushed back by one hand in pocket while streching a lot and posturing/kinoing a lot with my free hand. Amazing results, I was stunned. You could see, but more importantly feel my presence in other people. I also got called handsome a lot ;)

More importantly I felt amazing, so casual and confident.
