You're right on the precipice. This is the type of behavior I was experiencing right before my last breakup. You are more into her than she is into you and she is getting a little annoyed with your constant attempts to hang out. She still likes you, but she knows she has the power and is using it to create a little distance.

I don't know how to really handle this (if I did, I wouldn't have lost the last girl I had, ha!), but here are some options:

1) Don't say anything, but just become a little distant. Call her less, text her random shit without asking to hang out, and generally try to gain value back in the relationship.

2) Tell her you're feeling like she isn't seriously invested in this relationship and give her an ultimatum. The problem is that she might call your bluff and just break up with you. That's what happened to me - although I handled it immaturely.
