It sounds like you should've put more effort / taken the initiative in the initial contact. Would've been better to have gotten her contact info. To answer your questions: 1) Anything you want that is friendly, direct and shows interest in a non-creepy way. Be yourself. "Hey we met at so and so's party the other night, how are you?" or something to that effect might be a good place to start. 2) Ask her. And go from there. 3) Bringing a friend on a date is usually a hard core sign of disinterest. Do not do this if you want to be anything other than friends with her.

After a few parties the last two weeks I learned "do not live in the future" actually works. I'm not thinking what happens if she got a boyfriend or if she's not interested. Got in touch with someone I went to secondary school with, I knew she had a boyfriend but that didn't stop us from talking and having a good time, nothing sexual. Last night at new years eve me and a friend started talking with two girls. Isn't it always fun when she remembers you but you don't? We were just talking for a while. Almost morning I drove her home because I was driving my friends. She lived further away than my friends so it was just me and her in the car. That's when I noticed that reddit has actually helped me come over the fear of rejection.
