Can offer you some input from an Instructor / Coaches perspective. For most of our students the idea of Coaching isn't the only form of progress. Many people can learn these skill sets on their own. Working with a coach just helps expedite the process and lets you skip most of the pain period.

For a small portion of students, I'd say 1 in 10 or so, the AA or limiting beliefs they experience are so crippling that without the help of an experienced coach they would make 0 progress.

I'm taking classes starting this weekend. If you want to get better at something, study it, practice it and get lessons.
