If you're college, get off of campus. Go do something, ANYTHING outside of campus.

Go to a mall. You are bound to find girls at malls. Just go with some of your friends, when you see a group of girls stop them and say Hi. Its that simple.

Its our final exam time where I am at, I just went to the library in town to study. You can talk to girls there too.
