Meeting a girl's family, especially if they speak another language you don't know. What the hell do I do?

Easier said than done, but just relax. Honestly, they probably don't care that much that you're dating their daughter/sister/niece. You don't really need to say anything. Chill out and bask in the awkwardness. No one's going to die (or kill you...probably).

If you want to say something, start small. Say thanks for something. Offer to help. Smile and nod a bunch. Ask an innocent question about something.

I was the white guy in another country for awhile. Dated girls, met some families. Usually went fine if I just showed I was a nice guy and didn't get in the way.

It's very disrespectful to speak another language in front of someone els, but then again if some of them can only speak Spanish you can't really blame then. Maybe you could learn some basic Spanish sentences? Surprise them with a simple "Hello, how are you?" in Spanish. It might make it less awkward and you'll show some dedication to her family. At the very least they'll have a laugh about it.
