I lurk, I read the books, and I watch the YouTube videos I try my hand every now and again based on what I have learned, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but I always leave learning something new about me and the approach

the most imperative thing I have learned, as at least what I have taken away from this sub-culture is that these techniques are made to enhance you and not change you, to give your Bruce Wayne a Batman to hide behind.

At any rate, I want to say thank you, because this past Valentines day was the first one I have had in a few years that was with someone... and that was because of sources like this. It looks like I will have someone for a long time now and I would nto have done it had I continued down the path I was one

So all the fellow lurkers, this stuff works but pick the techniques that fits you. And more importantly is this: You are only as awesome as you believe you are; so if you don't believe you are then neither will she.
