Let it happen gradually. If you initiate while shes still with him and you knowingly do this your a dick who just broke guy code. If she eventually leaves him then free game. And no she wont necesaarily do it to him, as long as you dont try and leash her up like he did.

See this is what has been in my head for ages. Our conversations end up turning sexual these days and there is HEAVY flirting involved. But I've never made a move on her physically because I know how it feels to be cheated on. This is why I came to /r/seduction because my LTR ended due to me being a chode and my ex cheating on me.
Just gotta be patient and let her do what she needs to do.
