I have always been very receptive and affected by others opinions, and often I keep myself from taking action because of that. That often makes me a silent and boring person. I simply think too much. The fact that I know this, is already putting me on the right path, but i need some input to push it forward.
I have 3 step-siblings which are 10 to 16 years older than me, therefor I have always been the little little brother. Also I'm my parents only little baby child together. And I think this is number one reason I have never been very authoritative. For example when telling an anecdote i find it hard to keep people's attentions, and I try to sound as friendly as possible when talking to strangers.
The only time I didn't feel like this was with my ex girlfriends family. Back then I was almost on level with her dad.
On top of that I am a little less than 5.6 tall, have a baby face and this makes me look younger than the the 20 years I am, even though I still have a very good looking face.
So do you lads have any good information on how to become a louder and more authoritative person. Both inner game and practically. Especially the brad Branson video on tonality is good. I think tonality is a big part of the problem, and also inner game stuff.
For the detail I have loads of self esteem in many other areas of my life, but I wanna break free of this position I have always been in.
