Get her alone. That's a key step. And with assertiveness tell her that she shouldn't let the past get in the way of future happiness. Explain to her how you feel and try to kiss her. A lot of girls tell me " I never hook up with a guy unless we are dating " but then hook up with as friends with benefits and say " I'm only doing this cause it's you" they all say the same shit on the similarity of the aforementioned line. Anyways show her you truly care about your happiness with her and go for the move
