Since nobody responded I'll give you what I'd do. What does she do? Do you know anything about that? These are important on gauging initial topics. People here tell you that telling stories is high value but you can't just message somebody a story. I think your best bet is message her, ask her about (THINK_SHE_DOES), be a little bit cocky in a jocular manner. Push for a meeting. Girls are like regular people, escalate your interest as she does. Quicker escalation is ideal but we can't speak/act for you. Too fast and you come across as a creep, too slow you come across as a friend. Remember your kino when you've pushed to meet, even something simple as a smile and a hug. If you don't have a common interest you're just gonna have to ask her to do something, go to the park, cinema, whatever you do in your area bowling? I dunno. But remember if you ask her to hang out and she says no that's still a moral success, don't get hung up on it. You were brave enough to try!

There's plenty of reasons that she might not want to, perhaps she already has plans or whatever. A good general rule of thumb is never send or receive 3 messages without response. 2 allows for you to end conversation, start another and not get a response.
