First off, I want to thank you guys. This sub really helped me to get over a tough break up and to find my self confidence.

Now I wanted to share some of my experiences:

  • I started to work out as a stress relief and shaped up pretty well (lost 12kg of weight, working on a sixpack and so on). I think I'm kind of handsome so the "optics" part is more or less done.

  • I started to clean up my flat regularily. This doesn't seem "seductive" at first glance. But every single girl I brought home was surprised and told me what a nice place to live I have. Combined with a made bed (fresh smelling sheets) they open up almost immediately.

  • I always loved to cook. But I think if you can make about 3 different meals, this works too. Most girls like food... a lot, even though they are slim. I always tell them (and I mean it): "Why eat kalories that taste okay, if you can eat kalories that taste awesome". They are always eager to know how I cook certain meals and the simple decription of some of the steps kind of twists something in their head. They start to open up getting closer and so on. Maybe the part of the brain that is responsible for hunger is also responsible for desire,.. I don't know. Bonus: It depends on what you want to do with the girl. But inviting her over for dinner (if you get her number) will ALWAYS work (if they don't ask, which they surprisingly do)!

  • Playing games, doesn't fit perfectly into this whole thing. It's more for the quick F-Close without exchanging numbers. This interaction is never planned that well (you know what I mean,.. it's more subcontious actions) but one thing was really really handy. It's like a extension of Kino: After the kino (standing position is optimal), you get closer and whisper to her she has to say when to stop: Then just start with a hug / kiss.... if it's a quiet place / dark corner it can escalate really quick. If she says stop you immediatly stop.. but remember how far she did let you go. This sounds like a childish stupid thing to do. But try it.

So this is my "field experience" so far. Hope you like it.
