Question about eye contact

Doesn't hurt to say and introduce yourself, after class. So what if she was staring into the distance or something? Just approach, converse, see what she doing. If you find her attractive go for it. Don't mention anything about her looking at you thought, it would be weird if you started a conversation with someone saying "oh hey I saw you looking at me" and have an awkward silence.

you havent read the side guides have you?
Talk to her! You new, the best thing to do is approach as many girls as you can to practice basics and more advanced stuff just for the sake of practise, irrespective of if they have made eye contact or not with you. So just do it! who cares if you get rejected.
