Ever had a girl you wanted to approach, but you aren’t sure if she’s interested. End up you didn’t even approach at all?
In this article, I will share with you how to know if a woman is interested in you or not – through her body language.
Women can be interested in you or not, and their body language will show. If they seem to be interested, approach them.
If they aren’t interested, approach them anyway, especially if you like the woman. The point of approaching is to get them to be interested in you anyway.
Mere body postures shouldn’t have any effect on you. The worst thing that can happen is she tells you she isn’t interested. And that’s it, then move on to the next girl.

Her Body Language – She Is Interested
We have the Rule of Three – have to look at a few signs instead of just one to confirm that she’s interested or not. Once you know that they’re interested, you can move to the next level.
If they have more uninterested signs than interested, then continue to flirt and have fun with them until they open up or become more interested. Don’t give up just because they’re uninterested initially.
The followings show that the woman is interested:
Showing more skin – things like removing her jacket or extra layer of clothing, hiking her skirt.
Initialing touch – touching you in anyway (even if it’s accidental)
Showing more chest (boobs), making them more protruding – they know that we love boobs. Then again who doesn’t?
Preening and adjusting her self – adjusting her hair, touching up on her make up, adjusting her shirt show that she wants to look the best way possible.
Touching or revealing her neck – a sensitive body part, when revealed, it shows that she feel safe and comfortable with you.
Playing with her hair – flirtatious, she likes what you’re saying, continue doing what you’re doing.
Adjusting your clothing – a form of touching.
Being playful – women can be girly and submissive, but only in front of men. If they’re kid-ish in front of you, you’re a man around them, great!
Forehead bow – not obvious but it shows submissiveness.
Being submissive and girly – masculine (dominant), feminine (submissive), need I say more?
Pouting smile - she wants to kiss.
Playing with her jewelry – can be nervous too, but she’s looking at your seductively or flirtatiously, then she’s interested.
Smiling and show teeth
High blink rate
Checking you out – this one you need your wingmen to tell you that, you don’t usually spot women checking you out.
Looking at your direction – see above.
Show more leg than usual – making things more interesting ;)
Laughing at your jokes – come on, sure sign of interest.
Showing wrist – this is a sensitive part like neck, showing you means she allows herself to be vulnerable in front of you, it means she’s comfortable around you.
Pigeon toes – toes pointing at each other shows submissiveness
Dangling one shoe from her foot (no rush to go) – she is saying I’m here to say for a long while ‘cos I’m interested in you, tell me more about yourself!
Pointing toes at you – when one interested in something, the general direction of their body and their arms etc, will tend to point to what she is interested in.
Mirroring your body postures – when two people are connecting, their pace, speed of speech, their heartbeats as well as body postures become in sync. Mirroring you may or may not be a conscious effort, but if she’s doing it, it’s a tell tale sign.
Invading your personal space with/out items – great sign.
Whispering to your ears – coming into your personal space, great sign.
Smiling at you with the winkles at the eyes – a real, genuine smile.
**Note:
All the above will be extra powerful when the woman did it with eye contact with you. And applying the rule of three (showing multiple signs of interests), you can be sure that she’s interested. **
Even if you aren’t sure, move up to the next level anyway. Why? Women like to be taken, and want men to be dominating. Of course, if a woman gives a straight ‘NO’ with a straight face when you want to move to sex, then you better stop.
Her Body Language – She Is Not Interested
While it’s important to know if the woman you’re approaching or talking to is interested in you, it is also important to know if they are uninterested. When they’re interested, you can move on the next level eg getting numbers, kissing, hugging escalating etc.
When they’re disinterested, you need to power up your ‘game’ and put in more effort, until they become more open or interested in you eg contributing more to conversation, stop advancing physically, and making them comfortable around you etc.
Don’t give up immediately just because you see signs of disinterest from women. Isn’t the point of approaching women is to attract them and them interested in you?
Know to read the uninterested body language, so that you can do what is appropriate and not just give up like a little wuss.
The followings are some of the body languages that show the women aren’t interested:
Crossed arms - but she could be feeling cold.
Using items to block you – creating barrier between you and her, meaning she’s uncomfortable around you.
Look away instead of looking down – looking down shows submission to you, while looking away shows disinterest (may or may not).
Yawning and looking bored (interested women won’t yawn most of the time because of certain human biological function which I won’t get into).
Steeple – placing her hands together and form a triangle, basically she’s judging you, looking at your every move.
Head on hand, looking blank or bored, her mind is probably somewhere else, think about what could she be doing that is more interesting. Change topics, stop talking about your video games, she doesn’t care.
Leaning back away from you – creating more distance between you two, don’t want you to be in her personal space
Feet point away from you – show some dominance that won’t otherwise be shown if a woman interested.
Cross feet at ankles – the leg version of crossing arms.
Looking at watch – bored and she can’t wait to be somewhere else, women who are interested, won’t care about timing.
Covering her private parts with her hands – just as ties are used to point to male’s private parts, covering hers will show that she isn’t that interested in you at all.
I have to repeat this, even if women show signs of disinterest body language, it doesn’t mean that you give up immediately. Power up your ‘game’ and make her more interested in you, by flirting, having fun etc. Don’t give up so easily.
