Every time I stop a woman I feel as if I have to impress them and that to do this I have to put on a performance.

For example, today I was on the Underground/Tube in London sitting next to these two amazing Czechs. Throughout the whole interaction I just couldn't bring myself to let their be a pause when I was talking to them and I was really energetic, which is something I am not all the time. This nervousness brought around stupid questions just because I couldn't allow a pause...

However, why would someone enjoy someone who is not fun and energetic? Maybe that's something you have to do even though it's not very congruent with who I am.
