The first point is that the 3 key things a man needs to be happy and satisfied in life are wealth, health, and sex. This mentality are you up for failure. With sex, you place your happiness and satisfaction into the power of others. With wealth, you place it into the material realm, which has been shown to not really add any value in terms of satisfaction after about 50,000$ annual income. But ultimately, your wealth can disappear overnight in unfortunate circumstances, leaving you unhappy and unsatisfied with the rest of your life, since you’ve placed so much of your well being into money, which isn’t who you truly are. The only one of the points that have some semblance of truth is in health because that is nearly entirely in your control. But still, your health can be taken away in an instant.

My point is that these aren’t truly necessary to live a happy and satisfied life. What is necessary is cultivating inner satisfaction regardless of your external circumstances.
