What worked pretty well for me was talking to everyone and very lightly teasing while always having a big smile. Maybe touch their leg or shoulder briefly so they know you are comfortable with them, and they in turn will become comfortable with you. Also, don't focus on one girl too much.

But, the most important thing is: BE NICE TO ALL THE GIRLS!

Even the ones your aren't attracted to. Many girls I wouldn't have thought twice about turned into some of the most attractive women I know.

Step 1: Don't add the girls you're seeing on Facebook.

Step 2: Date girls in different social circles

Step 3: Preferably skip step 2 and date girls from different high schools and nearby colleges.

Develop your hobby. If you don't have something exceptional or unique about you, you are a nobody. Girls will treat you as such. You need something that you can talk about, something that you can show for, and something that other people can talk about. Bonus points if your hobby can be adapted to involve a girl (photography and modeling).

You need to be physically fit. If you aren't in shape, you are irrelevant.

You need strong body language. Everybody is hugely receptive to this, especially girls. The way I carry myself legitimately takes certain girls' breaths away. I'm just getting from point A to point B, but if you can make that a graceful and deliberate journey, you can make some solid impressions.

Preselection is massive in high school. Fuck one girl, two more girls will be knocking on your door. Fuck those girls, two more girls for each will follow.

Hang out with the prettiest girls more, way more! Find the hottest girl in your grade and friend zone her if you can. HUGS! always be trying to hug cute girls when greeting them and saying goodbye, just open your arms and tilt your head trust me they love it! It's a school so all the girls will see it and wonder 'why isnt he hugging me like that?' and your value will be so high.

That's what worked for me, my mistake was picking a girlfriend too early when I had 10 girls crushing on me in grade 11.

P.S make sure you're a great hugger or it doesnt work as well!
