Gentlemen - Having swallowed TRP about 8 months ago, I instituted a fitness regimen and have lost about 50 pounds so far. I have moved from the obese into the heavy category, and will soon drop into what was "average" (and is now unfortunately not the average in the US) in terms of health and fitness levels.
TRP rightly teaches that building your body into as much of a prime physical specimen as possible is a critical component of manhood and that has been totally vindicated in terms of far greater attention I am receiving from women (to be included in a FR later) and my own mental acuity on the job and overall happiness / health levels.
My question is, what should I be aiming for in terms of physical fitness as it applies to sexual strategy? That is to say, what (generally speaking and in broad strokes) soaks panties? Of course, I am separately considering what types of fitness to pursue in terms of increasing longevity, quality of life, etc.
I have always been obese so I am entering very new territory. Any input appreciated whether it is in terms of bodyfat%, BMI, overall strength, "look", etc.
To give you a sense of my progress so far, my BMI has gone from 36 to 28.5, bodyfat% from (approx) 38% to 27%.
Of course, there are constraints in terms of my own genetic potential, and in terms of the fact that bulking up will likely not be an issue for me. What I would like to learn more about is the type (or types) of physicalities that women go for, backed up by personal experience or scientific data to the extent you have it.
I have made some notes in the past and here are some potential goals (with sources as available):
Achieve the "Adonis" ratio, i.e. shoulder circumference should be 1.618 of the waist circumference (source: askmen.com)
Drop BMI below 24 (source: CH)
Be able to bench up to 150-170% of bodyweight (source: CH)
Achieve the ideal waist circumference and weight for my height according to the tables set out under the "Willoughby athlete" model (you can google to learn more about this)
The only study I am aware of the Frederick / Haselton study of 2007, which suggests that "built" but not "brawny" (as they termed it) is one possible goal. This was discussed previously in the below post:

Many thanks.
