One thing I feel I'm quite weak on is my escalation skills (both into a kiss or sex) so I wondering what's everyone's take on how to improve them or if you've got any of your own techniques/methods you use.

One 'technique' I discovered was to get into tickling and slowly go from there (I actually got the idea off a girl who did on me). But does anyone else have any sly tricks they've come up with?

What cues, body or face language do you notice that display it's that 'right' time to escalate?

Also how do you escalate in different situations and venues? Say for example you're in a place where you're sitting down opposite to each other the whole time (like in a coffee shop, pub or restaurant).
