New to this; is there something similar to the Dicarlo escalation ladder for women?

I would say that they are interchangeable. I would switch a few things for gender purposes. For examples, one part of the ladder is brushing hair and touching the neck. Most guys don't need their hair brushed out of their face, nor do they have 'pretty necklaces ' for you to look at. I've noticed in situations when a guy would normally brush a girl in say the arm, a girl would sort of squeeze his arm in the same place. So same locations, different touches.
