There are multiple elements and dimensions to approach anxiety. Sadly one of them is that you just have to stop being a pussy, man the fuck up and do it. If I can't man up enough to say hi to her, how can I man up enough to throw her down on my bed? I know that's harsh but it is a big part of the reality, not all of it though of course.

Another key is realizing a healthy way to view rejection. Everyone gets rejected. The best guys aren't going to legit number close half the girls they walk up to. So rejection is a part of all this. Now when you do get rejected, realize it isn't necessarily about you. It can be about the way you approached, that you came off weird, that you're dressed badly, etc. While these are all things you should work on if they are reasons for a rejection, these are rejects to your approach and presentation of yourself, not of who you are. Since it's not really rejecting who you are, don't let it effect your ego that much. Take rejection as constructive criticism, not a claim you're not good enough.

And shit, sometimes it isn't about you at all. I mean there is a such thing as a bad day, a bad mood, being on a period, etc. You never know. Because of all these and other factors that can make us rude during our day, don't take rejection too seriously. Just consider it in a mildly self critical way, later. Logically, you should just mentally move on in the moment.

Now there are different things you can do to help your mind man up and approach. This includes, and is not limited to:

looking at her sexually, imagine her naked and/or you fucking her. ( At night my mind is absolutely graphic. In day game, it's toned down a lot for obvious reasons, but it's an element still there)
Using indirect openers. Like ask an opinion, or say something about the environment.
Correcting your body language to look confident as possible (you feel more confident just by doing this)
Do warm up approaches with older ladies, girls working, uglier girls.
Just taking a deep breath before you approach.

You said you have a lot of friends, why not throw a house party and talk to girls that are not part of the circle? how about get togethers/bbq parties. I can think of a million gatherings you could put together with some help from your gal pals that would get other girls to come and guess who's the event planner?> YOU!!
