Comfort her by being the strong foundation she needs right now. Let her talk it out, try not to "relate" with long drawn out stories of your own, and hold her tight and tell her it'll be alright. Sending gifts sounds not only bluepill but like you don't give a shit (buying her off with flowers instead of dominant male support).

If this is a fuck buddy then it's not your burden, but a serious relationship requires you being there when she's feeling scared and alone. Remember, relationships require a mix of alpha and beta characteristics.

My girlfriend of 3 years just found out her aunt died this morning. She still lives with her parents and heard her father wailing for hours. She called me up and told me over the phone. All I could do over the phone was tell her it's gonna be alright and that I'd be there for her.

My girl's the type that does well with distractions during times of stress. I'm at a loss of what I can do to help her get through this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The good thing about being alpha is that you can occasionally choose to do beta things and it only helps you in her eyes. For example, if you never get her a gift, and then you randomly get her a gift after 6 months of her being cool, she will flip the fuck out and appreciate it.

If you're frame is tight, and she respects you, she will reframe the occasional beta behavior as alpha. (The inverse is true for guys who are pure beta with a gf, who read TRP and then try to act all dominant. She doesn't buy it and it only makes you look like a tryhard, because you've spend a month being a bitch in front of her).

So to conclude, if you've been solidly RP with her, you can do whatever the fuck you want now, and get away with it.I'd encourage you to hold her, let her talk about her feelings, and then relate to her / explain that nothing will ever replace her friend, and she should take her time to grieve properly. Then give her space.

Do what you would do for a cousin. Don't go over the top, don't pedestalize her...Just be there if she needs it.

Then after the funeral nail the shit out of her. I've always gotten laid after funerals. For women it's a weird mix of needing to connect with someone and feeling alive.
